Project ELF oral history project, 1994-1999.

Tape-recorded and transcribed interviews with seven individuals conducted by Claus, a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The interviewees explore their reasons for opposing Project ELF, the U.S. Navy's installation of an Extremely-Low-Frequency transmitter at Clam Lake, Wis., and reveal information about the formation and maintenance of grassroots political organizations.
